At Reflex, we really value the lessons learned every day, on projects, in the office and in life generally.

It's really important to us that our Team are always striving to be the best.

We constantly educate ourselves in new technologies, ways of working and industry developments. We also place huge importance on the safety and wellbeing of our Team.

This year, so far, our staff have undergone training in First Aid, Health & Safety for Directors and Site Safety Supervisor training.

Our Director has also given a career talk at a local school, inspiring future generations to be their best selves.

We want to provide opportunities for development within our team, and are very proud of the hard work everyone puts in every day.
