Tracy has been an essential member of our team since 2006, contributing her expertise and experience to Reflex. As our Director, she handles Health & Safety, Administration, Marketing, and Accounts.


Hobbies & Interests


Outside of work, Tracy enjoys reading, psychology, running, pilates, and walking in nature. She appreciates spending time with loved ones and frequently indulges in dinners with friends and family. Tracy's adventurous side led her to travel the world for six months, exploring six countries and creating lifelong memories.


Job Role and Responsibilities


Tracy's main focus is ensuring the smooth functioning of our company. With her meticulous approach, she oversees background admin, accounts, and health and safety documentation. Tracy's organisational skills keep everything running smoothly, providing a solid foundation for our team.


What Do You Do on a Day-to-Day Basis?


Tracy's day-to-day responsibilities are diverse, involving accounts, admin, and Health & Safety tasks. She thrives in a dynamic work environment where juggling multiple responsibilities is the norm.


Fun Fact


In her free time, Tracy participates in running races and has accomplished impressive milestones. During one event at Silverstone, she even overtook the renowned Nigel Mansell, which highlights her determination and competitive spirit.


Favourite Project You've Worked On


When asked about her favourite project at Reflex, Tracy appreciates the variety and the interesting people we work with. Among them, she found the installation of flooring at the National Football Centre in St Georges Park particularly fascinating. Another memorable project involved line marking in a warehouse for a Formula E racing team, where they aimed to score a goal using a race car to cross the ball to Trent Alexander-Arnold. Tracy enjoyed the excitement and unique challenges of these endeavours.

Working at Reflex, Tracy's favourite part is undoubtedly the incredible team she collaborates with. With our close-knit group, she emphasises the strong support system and camaraderie that define our company culture. As a family-run business, we are agile, enabling us to implement ideas and drive improvements quickly.
