Eclipse Leisure Centre was delivered to meet stringent Passivhaus criteria, setting a high standard for energy efficient public leisure facilities.
The sports hall needed a floor that could support a wide range of activities within a flagship, high-performance building, while maintaining a clean finish suitable for a modern multi-use venue.
Reflex supplied and installed the GameChanger flooring system in the 6-court sports hall, combining LED lit court lines with Reflex PU flooring to support flexible programming.
Working alongside the wider project team, Reflex delivered the sports hall flooring solution as part of the centre’s wider wet and dry leisure development.
The sports hall can now “light up” courts as required, supporting multi-sport use and flexible scheduling within a facility designed for long-term performance and community benefit.
LED lit lines are integrated within the Reflex PU flooring system, creating illuminated courts without relying on permanent painted markings.
