Eton College required a premium MultiSport Ash floor for a multi sport hall, designed to support regular use across a variety of indoor activities. The project included both installation and long-term maintenance planning from the outset.
For a high-profile school environment, the floor needed to remain consistent, safe, and presentable throughout its service life. Ongoing upkeep was a key requirement to protect performance and finish, not just at handover but year after year.
Reflex installed a 758m² MultiSport Ash sports floor incorporating underfloor heating, with line marking included as part of the finished specification. The floor was supported by a maintenance contract designed to protect its condition over the long term.
Working alongside Hopkins and Graham Construction, Reflex delivered the flooring installation as part of a coordinated build programme. The approach ensured the floor system and ongoing care requirements were aligned with the facility’s use and operational expectations.
The facility now benefits from a durable sports floor supported by a structured maintenance plan, helping the space stay ready for sport while preserving long-term appearance and performance.
Ongoing maintenance includes regular deep cleaning and protective treatments such as lacquering, sanding, and sealing when required, supporting lifecycle care and consistent floor quality over time.
